This NEW1000TDb is a middle class flush mount CNC control system, aimed specifically at lathes and grinding machines.

Based on modern computer technology, this system provides a motion control core with PLC program technology in a single and unique real time control engine subsystem PTAI. Exceptional stability and reliable operation comes from the use of a high performance, low power consumption industrial grade ARM microprocessor as the hardware core. Combined with large scale FPGA integrated circuits, multiple (4 & 6) layer printed circuit boards, 32MB flash memory, and an 8”real colour LCD with a user-friendly man-machine dialogue interface, this system provides every benefit for a safe, economic, and efficient operation.

This system has a function to back-up the machine parameters. After debugging the machine, you can back-up all the parameters of the machine system and PLC files to a computer. This is convenient not only for mass debugging, but also for machine recovery to normal after any system alterations.

Programs can also be transferred via system to PC through the communications port.
